makes SWAPs?

Scouts of all ages make SWAPs: Daisies, Brownies, Juniors,
Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors and Girl Scout Adults have
been known to make SWAPs. "SWAP"ping is part of being a
sister to every Girl Scout and making new friends - no
matter what age you are, you can always make a new friend!
