Process your pictures
 You can make up a scrapbook, online webpage, and share with the girls. Ask for copies of their pictures too!

Write Thank You notes
 Make sure to remember people who helped them along the way. This is something the girls should do. Write the notes on the Savannah postcards or include pictures of the trip in the body of the letter.

Have the girls fill
out a survey
 Include sections for transportation, lodging, and tours. Ask what they liked and what they didn't like. The chaperones should fill one out also.

Deposit any unused funds back into the bank
Then record all your trip receipts on the detailed cash sheet. Do it while everything is fresh in your mind.

Fill out the Extended/Out of Council Trip Report
  Send one copy to Council and include one in your next finance report.
