Process your pictures - You can make up a scrapbook and/or share the doubles with the girls. You might get doubles of some of their pictures too!

Write Thank You notes - Make sure to remember people who helped them along the way. It even nicer if the girls do these instead of the leader. Including photographs makes them really special.

Have the girls fill out a survey - Include sections for transportation, lodging, and tours. Ask what they liked and what they didn't like. The chaperones should fill one out also.

Deposit any unused funds back into the bank

Fill out the Extended/Out of Council Trip Report - Do it while everything is fresh in you mind. Send one copy to Council and include one in your next finance report.
