Goals for this year are as follows:
Be the
Example!

By being
the kind of troop leaders who visibly work on and
maintain great relationships with the Team, our own
Troops, and the Service Unit.

By
working hard to follow the policies and rules in
place with GSUSA, Citrus Council and the Service
Unit.

By being
on time in turning in all sales orders and money,
finance reports,, activity requests, event
registrations and payments.
Inspect What
You Expect!

Check in
regularly with the troops and committees that you
are responsible for - and make sure they are on
target and have all the help, support and materials
they need!

Attend
all Service Unit meetings, events, and functions -
whenever possible... this is a great opportunity to
check in with everyone, and see how they are doing.
