GIFTs is
the annual campaign that Citrus Council conducts to raise money to support Girl Scouting in our area.
The money goes to areas such as maintenance of the four
program centers, training of Girl Scout leaders and funding
activities for our girls. Currently it costs approximately
$250 per girl each year to ensure that our girls get the
best leadership program available.
Families
are asked to make a "meaningful donation" during the
September to December 2009 drive. Donations can be made in
any amount however, daughters who parents make a donation of
$25 or more receive a GIFTS support patch and/or strip.
