Detailed Cash Sheets
A detailed cash sheet is a chart of income and expenses for a troop. While no longer necessary for finance reports, detailed cash sheets are still excellent ways to track troop income and expenses.
The best way to keep one updated is to record any income or expenses after every troop event; meeting, field trip etc. That way nothing is forgotten.
Please remember that even though you record everything on the Detailed Cash Sheet you must save all your receipts to back it up.
