Procedure: Each girl needs to go to the online link and register. Once she is registered she will type in the e-mails that she wants the mailing to go to, family members, friends etc. An e-mail will be sent to each of the addresses submitted by the girl giving the addressee a chance to order magazines etc. online. The girls need to notify their leader of any orders that they receive from these mailings and print out a confirmation of each. Leaders will then log the orders on the Troop page. For every 12 e-mails sent a girl will receive a patch.

Some Points to Remember

• Each girl can only turn in one booklet and they must be filled in completely, name, address etc.

• Booklets should have at least 10 names filled in. You can use the same names that you used for the e-mails.

• Girls can only turn in booklets if they have at least one magazine or nut order.

• If a customer is renewing a subscription make sure that the order is put in with the name exactly like it is on the subscription or the customer will start receiving two copies.

• Checks are acceptable for QSP orders but they must have the customers name and address on them.

• All money for QSP orders must be collected when the order is taken.

• Make sure that your deposit to Council is correct. They will only refund $10.00 and more on over deposits. If your mistake is less than $10.00 you lose the money.

• Troops are allowed to keep 20% of the order
